What is it all about?
If you want to work in food service or obtain some practical experience in the hospitality industry, this taster experience is a great place to start. You will learn about the different forms of hospitality service styles and explore a range of menu types over three days. You will also receive unit standard credits if you complete the course successfully.
What to bring and/or wear?
You will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens and will need to:
- Wear long pants,
- have covered-in shoes,
- have hair tied back, and
- have no facial jewellery or other jewellery on.
