What is it all about?

This taster will introduce you to the hospitality sector and provide you with real-world experience in this fast-paced field. Spend the day in our Windows Restaurant, where you will learn how to prepare tables, make coffee, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and get a sense of life on the Wintec Rotokuri Campus.

What to bring and/or wear?

You will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens and will need to:

• Wear long pants,
• have covered-in shoes,
• have hair tied back, and
• have no facial jewellery or other jewellery on.​
