What is it all about?

Discover what the world of sports science can offer you. This taster day will see you measure your running speed, vertical jump, max force output, and power generation. You will have a hands-on experience in exercise using the heat chamber, export yourself to the top of Mt Everest with the altitude machine, and explore the body system. This will show you what our athletes' performance and recovery look like. 

What to bring and/or wear?

Please bring a drink bottle and wear appropriate clothing and enclosed shoes that are suitable for an active environment.
